I only specialize in hand-lettered pieces currently.

Are you available for travel?

Yes! I work with clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas. However, if your event is outside of the Charlotte metro area, you may either book my travel or I will book it and submit an invoice for reimbursement.

How long will my order take to complete?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your project and scheduling. Custom orders generally can take between 1-4 weeks for full completion.

What surfaces do you work with?

I use a variety of surfaces, including high-quality paper, glass, acrylic, and wood.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on availability and the scope of the project.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Do you offer refunds?

I strive for customer satisfaction, and I’m happy to work with you on revisions. However, because many of my items are custom-made, I do not offer refunds on completed orders. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your order.

What happens if I need to cancel or make changes to my order?

I understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please inform me as soon as possible. Custom orders will be subject to a change fee if revisions are made more than twice.
